WP: "What is your most beloved room in your house and why?"

Cath & Jeremy: "Our most beloved room in our home is the kitchen. It’s a big L shaped room with floor to ceiling glass windows that look over a giant oak tree in the garden. There is also a cream Aga, which is the perfect height to lean on. We do everything in this room - we work from the big oak table that Jeremy made when we first moved down to Devon, we spend evenings and weekends cooking and eating in here with family and friends and we party in here every New Year’s Eve. The table is covered in marks from years of kids eating and drawing and painting around it - it’s like it’s gathering memories. We keep special trinkets or pictures our kids have done in amongst the spices shelved above the Aga too, so it’s always changing and evolving as they grow."
