Benni Allan

At the core of architect and designer Benni Allan’s designs is an interest in finding sustainable means to create objects that can convey a sense of materiality and a clear expression of construction. Through his award-winning architecture in the cultural, retail, and domestic worlds, and collaboration with makers, he has been able to explore new ways of working with furniture. His current projects include a new entertainment space in London called ‘Space Talk’, a miniature gallery space for Modern Matter Magazine, and a number of private residences worldwide. He has also staged the scenography for the new Elton John exhibition ‘Fragile Beauty’ now open at the V&A.
