DESCRIPTION
" Throughout British folklore and beyond there are many beastly black dogs to be found. The Black Shuck of Sufffolk, Gurt Dog of Somerset and The Muckle Black Tyke who roamed Scotland on the Witches Sabbath. Some of these beasts are Hellhounds, seen as bad omens or sinister manifestations. However, some black dogs are benevolent guardians, guiding one on to the right path or protecting them from harm." - Leonie Cameron
