Tom is a Gloucestershire-based chef and publican. He opened his first pub, The Bell Inn in Langford, in 2017 and has since opened five more, most recently his first in London, The Hawthorn in Shepherd’s Bush. The pubs are designed classically with a straightforward menu, beer and wine selection, classic ‘pub grub’, as well as some more unusual pub fare. Tom tends to be in charge of the design of the pubs, which usually consist of lots of high sheen black and yellow paint, dark wood, red carpets and little else!
